2-Part Carbonless Form Uses

2-part Carbonless Forms are used to make instant copy of the original business documents. These forms save you a trip from copy machine. They capture original text and hand-writing intact which increases their usefulness. Compared to a Xerox copy, 2-part carbonless forms are more secure form of copying the business records as chances of deliberate changes are substantially reduced.

2-part carbonless forms have front page in white; the 2nd part is usually yellow or can be another color of your choice. The colored 2nd part helps in grouping and organizing of business records. The back of the first part carries a micro encapsulated die that transfers text and hand-writing on to the 2nd part. Both parts are generally printed on 20Lb cabonless paper. For some largescale orders the 2nd part could be lighter 16 Lb paper. To help save on printing costs, a vast majority of these forms are printed in 1 or 2 colors (which are usually spot or PMS Pantone colors). Both forms are edge glued at top to make one set. Additonal available optios are:

• CMYK Color Modes
• 300 DPI resolution & Full Sized files
• Fonts converted to outlines/curves
• Include 1/8" Bleeds if image or text go to finished cut line
• Provide PMS Color No.For spot colors
• Multi-page documents should be in correct order
• Foil & Embossed areas need to be in black on a separate Layer/File
• PDF file required for custom shape labels & stickers
• Our Prepress is very helpful, if you do not have the required file, just go to "Get Free Proof" link available at the top of each page. We will re-draw your file

Free Design Help

Free Design Help is our valuable service we provide at no charge to our prospective customers. For Labels & Stickers, just send us your files or a good scanned copy to us at service@printingfairy.com, or use Get Free Proof button availaable .at the  top of each page. Our designers will review your files, prepare a layout a proof file and send you for review / comments. Once you are satisfied with the proof file, it can be used to place order with us.
