Folders Printing

Folders are very useful office stationary item and an important advertising tool as well. A nicely printed folder fulfills the basic role of organizing and maintaining business records. As a marketing item, they provide excellent means of distributing business presentation materials in seminars, conferences, business meetings and other such events. As an advertising tool custom folder adds considerable value to you brand recognition.

 Folders are printed on heavier and sturdy 100 Lb or 14 point cardstock or 300 G/M2 cover-stock. Most folders come with 1 or 2 inside pockets with business card slots. The pockets of a folder are generally 4” high and 9” wide and can be extra-wide for holding large amounts of business or presentation material. The popular folder size is 9” x 12” which can hold letter size papers. 9” x 14.5” size folders can hold legal size papers. Min-folders are printed in 6” x 9”. Portrait or Landscape format printing are additional options.

 While fulfilling their basic role of record keeping and distribution of presentation material, folders can be extremely helpful in projection of business brand names if properly designed and printed. Front and inside panels of folders provide ample space for display of company logo and message. The logo and message can be printed in full color or can be foil-stamped in silver or gold foil on your custom folder. Generally only front panel is printed or foil-stamped. However printing on inside and back panel is optional. Depending upon your business requirements, folders can be die-cut to have rounded corners and reinforced edges. It is not unusual to have custom designed folder shape that compliments to a particular business or marketing event.  

 Folders when used for distribution of presentation material or for advertising purpose can be gloss laminated with UV coating or polyester film. Lamination extends the life of printed folders manifold and adds shine to surface. Matte lamination produces a smooth surface and is mostly used on folders intended for business meetings.
